WHY A MIXTAPE?
Don't be fooled by the metaphor, these are all original songs! This album is a bridge between DJ/Producer for me, and to be real about 80% of the sounds came from Apple Loops. The process of making this album often felt like designing and mixing a DJ set, hence the name.

(There are also a few hidden samples that might push the limits of fair-use so I suspect once I sell 500 copies, I'll pull it off the shelf and clean it up for the lawyers....so get a copy now before that happens!)

Ingredients: free plugins and demo kits, lo-fi recorded sounds, my dog's disgruntled snort, thoughts on cognitive functions & brainwashing, digging through internet gummie tunnels, slowing my heartbeat, directing robot orchestras & machine drummers, pushing the limits of garageband's export function.
